.$7,000,000,000 is way too much money to spend on health care for the few people that were there.Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the effort they put in in evacuating the building, but they were doing their job.

Btw, if my answer above wasn't complete enough, I have another answer to Tom's question...It's the same people who say that it's not the government's job to provide public health care to Americans, but has no problem approving budgets that include $300B for Medicare (um, that's free health care) and another $100B for the VA (more free health care!)...
