@Ed Moran I'm seeing a lot of north central CT (think Hartford county) in the 1.1-1.3% range, as well as some of western mass (think Springfield area).

I won an insurance battle with AARP The Hartford by doing this. 

I also had a horrible experience with AARP/The Hartford. 

Your state / county may have a lease that they have real estate agents use, I know Connecticut realtors / greater Hartford Assoc. of realtors do this. 

Thank goodness, you had them in your corner, at least.About a year and a half ago, I even used small claims court to sue AARP The Hartford on a renters insurance claim where they denied me what they should have approved to the tune of $1800.
