Your state / county may have a lease that they have real estate agents use, I know Connecticut realtors / greater Hartford Assoc. of realtors do this.

Thank goodness, you had them in your corner, at least.About a year and a half ago, I even used small claims court to sue AARP The Hartford on a renters insurance claim where they denied me what they should have approved to the tune of $1800.
