IMO it should be that all healthcare issues shall be an States rights issue as the federal government constitution does not address the issue, but some states constitutions do.

Thought many of you would get a kick out of this:http://www.orlandosentinel.com/news/local/lake/os-mount-dora-doctor-tells-patients-go-aw20100401,0,658649.storyPersonally, while I don't agree with his specific philosophy (you could have voted for Obama and have been against the specific health care bill, which seems to be the more important point), I respect him for taking a risk with his livelihood to stand up for his beliefs.Then again, it may have been a strategic move, as with all the press coverage he is no-doubt getting locally, he'll probably drum up a lot of business!

I am sure that everone has read (or heard) about the lawsuit that many states have joined about the health care issue.The main claim seems to be about the federal government requiring everyone to buy health care.If this were to succeed somehow, could we see lawsuits over the government requiring everyone to buy no-fault insurance?

I guess we'll see how that tactic works in November:Speaking on health care Monday, Senator Diane Feinstein said, "I've gotten 90,000 emails and faxes on the health care bill and over 85,000 of them are against it.
