Google "substance over form doctrine."

How can you insure an AC unit and not insure the substance that actually makes the unit run? 

I read a lot of forums on a daily basis and for the most part, people lack substance but, I just wanted to make a quick comment to say I’m glad I found your forum.

I used to be flexible and offer a lot of hand-ups to renters in substance recovery, jail or new to area getting on their feet. 

They also kept illegal substances on the property and failed to adhere to the payment schedule lined out in the lease.As for the hotel, I was going to do a "cash for keys" thing.

I really enjoy the shows because they have more substance and realistic expectations than some others that I have heard.

The jobs were basic warehouse jobs and did not pay a lot but the Vets coming to us were all recovering from substance abuse, many had been homeless and or had been in jail.  

Information is readily available, and I understand it can be difficult at times to discern the trash, the selling from the substance.

I've seen some videos on youtube where someone recommend a tar like substance to fill those holes and prevent moisture getting in.
