The part of Thirdward that's close to the med center had 500k plus homes and plenty of multi family.

@Bob Malecki I'm pretty familiar with the Med Center, NW area.  

It is an ideal location (close to downtown, med center, U of H) and there are many upgrades throughout the home.

Personally I would focus for areas near downtown/ med center/galveston.

The largest med center in the US (maybe the world?).   

I grew up in Aurora and believe there are some areas that still have upside near the redevelopment that has happened around Stapleton and Fitzsimmons where the new CU Med Center and Children's hospital is located.In Vegas, I'm intrigued with what will happen to the Downtown area based on what Hsieh is doing with the Downtown Project.Let me know if you have any questions about Denver or have suggestions about interesting places in Vegas to check out when I'm in town.

Also the city is planning to extend the light rail to go through TSU towards med center I believe.

Could be travelling nurses near med centers.  

I was born in Cincinnati and have a daughter Dr at Cleveland Med Center I would not invest in Ohio as your starting point.
