I know there is the San Diego county housing authority payment standards guide based on zip code and # of bedrooms but those numbers are the maximum  subsidy amount.

The first was supposed to be an SFR in San Diego county.

I know he helped me a ton with my ADU in San Diego

I'm going to guess that since it's worth $400k, it's not in the San Francisco Bay Area and another part of California.
