STR'S are more work and in many cases your ROI can be better with a LTR, especially after you figure in your time.There people doing well because they bought at a great price or have a gem of a property in a great area. 

I'd dive deep and get the video tour to review the interior layout as well.

I think that the design works well with SIP panels, or full on modular.
