if you want extra income I would suggest you simply buy nicer property.get a good deal then sell on terms.. that's how its done. but its got to be land someone else really wants to own and will pay for.

Your first 2 deals provide you with a good track record thus far. 

If the agent is not meeting your needs then I would be upfront with them.
