That service has convenient locations at places like 7-11, family dollar, pharmacies, etc. 

I am also an up incoming Pharmacy student at Binghamton University's new pharmacy school.

The property is located in the Altos de Vacamonte, at only 2 minutes from supermarkets, pharmacies, clinics, restaurants, schools, and only 5 minutes from the Mall.

It is in a great neighborhood, good schools, churches, parks, and amenities including a nearby (walking distance) mall that has grocery and pharmacy needs.I feel like overall this should be a good deal but I'm confused by my negative cash flow in year one.

The site made a great fit and Mavis did all their own environmental.What are your feelings on Pharmacy?

I got outta pharmacy school a few years ago.

I wish I could say it was a logical thought process that caused me to start an LLC, but actually a drug dealer took over two of three units in a house, turned it into a pharmacy(not a legal one, of course,) the cops initiated a no-knock warrant, they knocked the door down the day after Christmas, the pipes froze after the drug dealers were hauled off, and just general pandemonium ensued from there!
