Through experience with the Family Court and the new cash cow of each state now, known as CSE Child Support Enforcement, I understand how you come up with your statement or conclusion.But, from being a non-custodial parent and the American economy situation, (unemployment, lay-offs, poverty, homelessness etc. etc. etc…) causing arrearages in court ordered CS payments, it is the CSE with the support of Family Courts that put you on the streets.

As far as I have seen working in the oilfield up, there has definitely been some major budget cuts and layoffs in the oilfield for the slope and things will likely be pretty slow next year.

I noticed Grant Cardone just announced he had to lay off 42 of his staff (about 120 staff left) in addition to contract laborers, vendors, etc., due to the recent crash.
