Recently it merged to Apartments.com I have been having too many problems with too little support to stay on this platform. 

The owners platform is nice change however I haven't had much reason to use it as yet. 

As they say, your network is your net worth.Using the master mind group as a platform, I am hoping to share CRE investing strategies, learn about different CRE asset classes, use each other as a sounding board to bounce ideas around, potentially partner on larger deals if we have complementary skill sets, and most importantly share our passion for CRE.About myself - I was born and raised in the Bay Area and transplanted to OC. 

AirBNB is a platform. :) I read an article yesterday that said where Airbnb got its name that I had never hear.

It's what I've just started using and the only platform I have experience with.

Their platform is very user friendly and self-explanatory.

@Connie Chan  This Tellus app looks pretty cool, so can I use this for accounting as well, therefore not having to use quickbooks or whatever platform I choose to keep track of the books?  

OR if you use something else other than Cozy what do you like and not like about that platform.
