David Litt How Early Is “Early Enough” in Foreclosure?

MOST states have foreclosure laws that give only 21 days notice (MO,TX, GA is 30) So most Non-Judicial states are less than 30 days.However, please be aware that today, due to the political environment , us investors have MANY ways to stop the Foreclosure date even a few days before.For example , we can stop an FHA foreclosure just 4 days before and a FNMA (Fannie Mae) foreclosure just 2 days before and a VA just 1 day before.

Politely question their integrity and make it clear this may lead to termination.Be prepared to terminate if they delay & deflect - so, start interviewing other PMCs NOW.They should admit to their mistake and compensate you.Remember, it's not what someone does when things are going well, it's how they react when mistakes are made!
