I'm a loan officer with Quick Lending!

I wasn't really sure if this would be a good place to ask this, but he can't use a "virtual office" or something; it has to be a legit address.

I spent $25-30k on healthcare last year and did not step foot in a doctor's office (monthly premiums + surgery for one daughter + braces for the other daughter). 

We have about 22 full-time W2 employees in the office, approximately 40 traveling construction folks -- and managers and maintenance W2 employees at each community we own and operate.

The officer who works 5PM to 5 AM shift called around 3 PM today.

I've had it happen before although they politely asked and indicated there wasn't anything other than normal wear and tear which was true.

Not every loan officer or broker has experience with investors, and choosing the wrong one can cost you both time and money.

Until then, help me for free immediately. well I see your point, still, I can't really do anything if the realtor doesn't want to talk after hearing I'm an investor.I do want to buy property and soon, but I cant start the conversation signing a contracthonestly i don't know how to move forward from here other than accepting that most realtors will just not want to talk to me as an investorOk look Samuel, I'm gonna give it to you straight as you seem to have a disconnect as others try to put it politely.

They took on more projects than they can handle just as a number of market variables turned against them: materials costs and availability and staffing, both back office and subs, just to name a couple.
