Reason for me choosing cold calling is because of my field, also I have a amazing agent that got me my current house ( so i'm still combing the MLS ).

I would like to learn of any potential red flags in the assumptions but most importantly just go over the deal with a fine-tooth comb to confirm my own understanding of the deal. 

(Instead of having to comb through my email inbox for Avail leads, then having to go to the website, sign in, then click through SIX more steps to reply to a message.)

In total, combing 2 private meetings/interviews, we spent approx 5 hours with Mayor Scott Jablow, Assistant Mayor Holli Ploog, Housing Manager Shannon Boone, and their in-house council.My take-away:The Sedona government is receiving a lot of pressure from people that are anti-STR.

So you might have carried forward some of these and at sale you won't get the hit - but only your tax preparer professional would know that for certain.Maybe @Dave Toelkes can offer his opinion - he has gone through the tax code with a fine tooth comb it seems ;)
