I had literally just replaced all of the carpet and remodeled the entire house and in two in a half months they destroyed everything - including part of the roof (they screwed a piece of sheet metal into a flat porch roof to cover over the spot he was grilling.)

@Dennis M.Dennis it is the same reason why my 20 year old son has never experienced being in a head up scrap or called a girls home phone and have to get through a grilling of her dad before passing the phone off to her.

In the next few years I may be moving back to Pittsburgh so this could be an option for me in the future.I did complete the backyard rehab project myself, where I went from a weed-ridden red cobblestone courtyard patio to a comfortable pea gravel patio with chairs, firepit, grill, string lights and life-sized games.
