The judges feel that the punishment is too severe.There is a current case in Butler county where a widow lost a $200,000 for a tax bill of $6.30. 

If you are already a QuickBooks user I would suggest looking into Mike Butlers system, it's an overlay file that you bring into your QB just for property management.

@Stan Butler this could be true in some areas:While @Jon Holdman is correct in that the new owner must abide by the lease, they could give you the required notice for early termination as soon as they close.
