Greetings bigger pockets, I am in the process of purchasing a hotel and casino in las vegas on the strip.

The Choctaw casino is on track to be completed in December, which is a huge positive for the area.

But the real deal was the Graton tribe bought the 230 acres across from us in a land assemblage took 15 years wrangling with the state and ended up building the largest Casino in Northern Ca right across the street from us  :)  and the City brought us into the city limits and up zoned us.. 

Go to your local casino and put it on black.

But then again maybe they are making $100K but have child support/ student loans or a really expensive hobby (gambling at the Horseshoe Casino) that they love more than where they live.

The best bet for a quick return is at the black jack tables in the Luxor Casino. 

It's important to be closer to these desirable areas come summer time as these are where the bigger-drawing attractions (casinos, golf courses, clubs, bars, restaurants, etc) are located.
