Our property management division, Island Stays Hawaii, charges 20% for full service and we are the highest rated host on Airbnb for O'ahu that has more than 20 properties under management.  

This GP is taking a more unconventional approach to help raise capital.The preferred rate seems appropriate around 7% for small/medium size investors.

As the credit system allows for "shopping around" for the best rate / terms when making a purchase.

You should pay them an hourly rate for all of this.After all, there’s no guarantee that you will even end up buying a property or selecting them as your cohost.

People are going to look for the best price for a similar property.
