I have a question about the tenant review part you mentioned.Is it actually possible to find out things like a tenant’s age, income level, or DHCR registration history before making an offer?

Review Capital ExpendituresEnsure large repairs and improvements are logged correctly.

I cannot tell you how many times I review a property and they have no T-12 or expenses or anything to share.
