I can tell you that when I went to rent my Nashville home, on the outskirts of Davidson county but near Percy Priest Lake, most who can, own, and there wasn’t a single renter who had a decent score for me to choose from.

They said they had thought about it (because he had done several other egregious things besides the little matter of putting my property in their trust) but they come from a very tightknit community (they're Greek, the lawyer is Greek, the lawyer was a former family connection and was recommended by the priest at their local Greek Orthodox Church, etc, etc) and they came to a point where they just wanted to move on.

Its just that need of human interaction to really get going .Unless you have sit through these fantastic sales seminars and got the inspiration well its hard to imagine... much like church.. we all have a bible or some sort of faith based book.. but we still go to a service to listen to a priest , preacher , Imam , Guru ( of the Indian variety) what have you.. because its that person to person interaction that motivates and inspires.

You could use "Lord of Land", "Prince of Parcels" "Property King" "High Priest of Real Estate" or "Guru Mentor" but I'd just go with my name without a title or just "Owner".I get a kick out seeing a person's business card with "President, CEO" of something like American Real Estate Enterprises.I know some pretty wealthy business types, their cards are more likely to be just their name centered, the lower left in smaller print is an address and a phone number on the lower right.

All my agents are BANNED from doing ANY showing of any kind to ANYONE even a family member, their priest, their wife, I don't care who it is or why NOBODY get's a showing without signing SOMETHING.
