Need to balance out the masses so I do not get dragged through the street or publically assasinated speaking at a college

I owned property in Federal Way, I forget the street, (Near Dash Point) but it was over looking the sound. 

They were rejuvenating the downtown area and streets.

Just think about the view of "wall street" and the finance industry at the time that it was passed. 

When I had the showings there was actually a guy sleeping on a mattress across the street on the front porch of an abandoned house.Regards,Mike

Cities like Cleveland are so street specific, getting a pm based in dallas, staffed by VAs will ruin your investment. 

Tax return is different - no specific RE advantages as I understand, let someone correct this statement and this is a one way street - 721 exchange is tax free and your hairs could sell tax free.

In AZ, we had some push back on "parking" available off the street.
