Our current account is "frozen" and we can decode what to do with it.

I'm an agent, so I'm not anti agent/broker, I just think there is a lot of housing supply frozen in ice because sellers need a real partner to work through various issues they have before they can sell.

Currently my credit files are frozen.  

The money is not frozen in an account, it is a snapshot in time.

Unfortunately, people have figured out that Denver isn't a frozen wasteland in the winter.

Weather is starting to break here as well and man am I excited about that.No more frozen pipes for me.

make sure you are very extensive with your inspection of the property,  I have had frozen pipes in a couple bank owned properties, many times you will see a sign or notice that the property is winterized but you could still have broken pipes, sometime inside walls that you will not see until you get water turned back on. 

I don't know the age of the unit, but there is always the potential for frozen (not likely in Phoenix) or damaged pipes and resulting water damage.
