It's unfortunate to read comments from so many people who have swallowed the leverage-to-your-neck sales pitch so completely that they've become convinced it's the only way.

The math is hard to swallow for most ppl...

A lot of the employers have moved from the CBD to areas a bit south of Dayton.

You will mentally just have to swallow the bitter pill of giving up cashflow that you worked hard to obtain.  

But I swallowed that sometimes bitter pill and used it to learn how to do better next time.

I hope to have as much dead equity as possible sort of speak ) The yields at 3% are tough to swallow I imagine.

I don't mind paying a couple hundred extra on the mortgage that is going to equity but it's a tough pill to swallow when it going to the bank in the form of higher interest rates.   

Plus I am doing most of the work myself (not scale-able, i know) so if I do come across something it is easier to swallow.

I’m trying to just get deals done for the experience but a market shift could swallow that small of a margin up in a second and I can’t afford to go backwards on the little funds I do have to invest.I know quality costs and I’m sure I’m pulling from the top of the list but I want to bring a quality product to market, no exceptions.

.$97k is a tough pill to swallow.
