This is a major concern because eventually the offsetswill completely separate from the connection which in-tern will cause a blockage into the sewer system not allowing waste toflow out.

You can unscrew the shower head and install a water pressure gauge to take a reading (you can buy them cheap), then compare that reading to another fixture to see if there is even an issue at all or if it could be blockage at the fixture.To me, strong water pressure is not part of the warranty of habitability.

My plumber has also recommended to me to not use the low gallon toilets as he has had lots of sewer blockages when installed.

Garage springs broke, Stove hood vent broke, sewer pipe blockage, water softener went out, water heater.As others have suggested you could househack and rent out a room to help cover your mortgage.Having a house is wonderful but don't stretch your limits and put yourself in a bind if something breaks.If saving 10k doesn't seem realistic you may want to start reviewing your expenses and ways you can cut some things out.

They will be back out either today or tomorrow to pump the right one and hopefully that clears the blockage in my one bathroom.
