Some associates at home depot may recommend the "polyblend plus" (has orange coloration on the bag) because it has additive mixed in to the powder already and you don't have to buy separate liquid additive.

Sidenote: I'm not turning it into an LLC due to the low 2.5% APR VA homeloan that would need to be refianced by law at an undoubtedly higher rate.Realitve to comps in the area, the house in completely remodeled with a larger than average back yard and includes a recessed hot tub on back deck. 3 bedrooms (one is a small crib room in all fairness) and 1.5 bath (upstairs main and downstairs powder room).

(See the internet on how to use this for flea control)--it's harmless to people and pets, but wipes out fleas very fast, and lasts.It must be (Food Grade or it will kill humans and pets--so be careful) https://www.amazon.com/Harris-Diatomaceous-Earth-Powder-Duster/dp/B072J8Z28FIf the area does have a major flea problem outside, an extermination company can come out and deal with it, but inside the white powder works better and is safer.Just my 2 cents.
