I would shy away from the scenario unless the deal is absolutely killer but if a sex offender did live in the vicinity, do you think it would hurt your ability to sell or rent?

Sure, you can target by age, sex, zip, etc., but not by length of time in home, absentee owner, sudden credit score change, etc.So basically it's a blunt instrument vs. a precise surgical tool, and you'd have to have an appropriately lower cost/impression to account for that.

My favorite one gives the voucher holder their own bedroom, then puts kids under 10 two per bedroom and separates the sexes of anyone over 10, with a max of two per bedroom.
