But THEY still monetized mE by my click throughs, time spent oN THE WEBSITE (aLL OF THESE STUPID CAPS ARE THE NEW APP) seeing adds, listening to the podcasts and maybe down the road a pro account when I finally stop beating around the bush.

The response rate for Post Cards in my area is abysmal which of course translates into fewer deals.What I did to offset the cost of the letters was learn how to monetize more of the leads, either through referral or follow up.
