It's relatively simple and would give you substantially more credibility.There's nothing wrong with being a consultant, but I've seen countless unlicensed Real Estate "consultants" engage in actions that require a license - not intentionally or maliciously, moreso by ignorance. 

In Florida, the landlord is not allowed to do malicious things like remove doors, turn off utilities, etc.  

Bad actors make it into the units.

Boy from my point of view if these bad actors Morris and OP just ride off into the sunset leaving this carnage behind them with no real consequences I will be so very disappointed in our judicial system and the state of INdiana regulators..

It seems like the people who'd benefit the most from a serive like this are the most likely to be taken advantage of by a bad actor.
