Unfortunately the COVID situation is the excuse that some members of Seattle leadership needed to try out housing policies they have been wanting long before the emergency declaration - no late fees on rent,  no evictions for any reason,  housing payments basically optional,  landlords unable to enforce any rental agreement terms.They aren't done yet either - another ordinance is already in the works preventing us from using eviction history in screening potential applicants also supposedly temporary for 6 months after the emergency orders end,   and it also extends the prohibition on any late fees for a year.I hate to say it but I have before and I will again - do not invest new money in rental properties in Seattle without pricing in all these additional risks.   

Focused on leadership development. 

When real leadership that is friendly to small business and public safety returns, we will see the downtown core also return to its once vibrant state. 

Leadership requires focus Brandon Turner seems to spend more time trying to sell new deals, trips to Hawaii or his “goal setting” program then he spends on the ODC group.

He's based in the UK so he's not local to the markets he works in so you really need to vet their entire leadership and staff who manage the execution, not just the owner.  

A responsive development and leadership team to the needs of their users is positive.  

You will see many people starting thought leadership channels to create their credibility.  

From that moment, anything the Conservative leadership may have had to say was completely watered down, as the media and most people with half a brain could no-longer take that faction seriously on this matter.
