I'd ask the attorney what would happen if I:-invited sex offenders, felons, amd gangsters to come party in the yard near the ADU where the tenant has to walk past on a regular basis-spray painted all the windows on the ADU black to save on cooling costs, make it more california eco friendly-got some of those nonstop-barking dogs, the kind that bark if the moon moves too fast or the leaves rustle too much-turned off utilities to the ADU-painted the whole ADU with images of Satan and 666, sat in the yard lighting candles with a bunch of people who looked like Marilyn Manson, doing sayonces every night by the ADU-built a tall flight of stairs up and down at all doors to the ADU.

(look at how much crap I have had to write already about this WL IUL stuff) and I haven't even scratched the surface .lets take a IUL or WL 12k year premiumdepending on age sex health etc etc.the 12k is broken down into 2 major parts (BASE) premium and "excess" premiumtake 40 yr old male base may be $3000 of which the agent will get (70%-100% , mostly like 95%) as a 1st year and 1st year only commissionthe other $9000 of the 12k premium is excess and the agent will typically recv only 1%- 3 or maybe 4% tops (diff carriers pay diff comm.) so less say 3% thats what $270 bucks?!?

., mixed in with another class (maybe along with sex ed) would be beneficial to high school students in general, extensive mandatory instruction in personal finances would have too many very personal variables to be taught successfully in a class setting with tests and grades attached, and could actually prove harmful if certain philosophies are given more weight than others.

Karen Kingston Real Estate Agent Familiar with NACA Process

It outlawed: Refusal to sell or rent a dwelling to any person because of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.Discrimination based on race, color, religion or national origin in the terms, conditions or privilege of the sale or rental of a dwelling.Advertising the sale or rental of a dwelling indicating preference of discrimination based on race, color, religion or national origin.Coercing, threatening, intimidating, or interfering with a person's enjoyment or exercise of housing rights based on discriminatory reasons or retaliating against a person or organization that aids or encourages the exercise or enjoyment of fair housing rights.I'm wondering if NACA borrowers are protected because the discrimination by realtors/sellers is towards NACA not the actual borrower.
