When I asked about her (we thought she was over 18), because male tenant said "we are thinking of having her stay with us for the summer" (violation of lease which says visitors can stay 7 days), the female tenant replied "he misled you, sister visits for help with homework, she spends the night sometimes".  

We were informed by the male tenant last week that the female had moved out.

I am a younger female (though he's around my age), so I'm not sure if he just isn't taking me seriously, or if he's taking most of the deals he sees or referring to other investors.

I can see it now, "Defendant, why did you think outside of the box for this white Anglo Saxon protestant male borrower but, didn't think outside the box for your black African widowed female borrower"?

I've posted that I prefer female housemates (zillow, hotpads, and roomies allow for this) so I assume I can deny someone for being male if that's not what I want and clearly state this in my reply to them?
