IMHO, people sometimes use this as a grab bar, and over time cause the loosening.

Whether or not he 'chills out' and loosens the reins when he achieves that goal, or continues to consolidate his power, remains to be seen.

Financing means traditional bank local or majors with the uptick in this type of construction maybe it has loosened. 

That was with 800+ credit, incredibly low debt/income ratios, high equity etc.It may have loosened up over the last 2-3 years, but I found condos to be incredibly difficult to finance.Lastly, since this is your first purchase, you should confirm that the HOA will allow you to rent out your condo. 

Restrictions have since loosened but the jury is out on what effect it will have.  

Things are loosening up but just a question of details for sure.

Im currently mailing about 2000 a month, but in my area unless I loosen up my criteria I just cant get enough deals.

Although the supply might be loosening up a little.And my guess is with the political atmosphere in this country, contractors might become even more difficult to find in DFW.I think you can find some schools even in Dallas that are good.
