There's some good existing STR funds that may be helpful with inspiration/recruiting practices.

I currently work a 9-5 as a Job Recruiter, and am contemplating obtaining my RE License to work Part-Time to transition out of my current field and move into RE full time.

If that was true, companies like SpaceX wouldn't be trying to recruit me and others like me around here. 

My area of focus is wholesaling right now, I am actively birddogging, while recruiting birddogs in the central Texas.

Do you recommend calling the hospitals HR departments to get in contact with their housing recruiter or are there websites you can find that on?

Equally, you need to recruit the correct partners which will need your skill set and bring something to the Table that you need.What you need is the Partner(s) who will be able to get reasonable cheap 30 year fixed residential mortgages.

They are also expecting to recruit world wide for the people to work there. 

Replacing a 20-dollar-per-hour employee doesn't make sense but replacing a recruiter in Google that do nothing and making 175k per year does make sense.

Over the next 2 months, I will analyze my local market (Pearl Ridge to Aiea), identify my “investment team,” determine an appropriate tax shelter vehicle, recruit interested joint venture partners, and position myself financially so that I can make my first “real” investment purchase in the last quarter of 2018.
