i got cabinets for my house a few years ago from KSI. i thought they were expensive.i found HD's cabinets to be cheap, but very good. would do it again in no time.

Never flipped before.If you take out a HD loan and say your construction estimate comes in at $100k.Eventually the actual estimated construction costs only cost you $90k.When you take a draw does the bank give you money based on receipts/invoices?

As for transparency, we use before and after pictures of every photo, we do not create our own maintenance invoices, rather we post post vendor invoice and since most use our HD account, we post the material receipt.
