Area's like McKinley Park, Brighton Park, Chicago Lawn, etc. are higher cashflow markets.

I would love to develop a contract to have my property's lawn cut every 2 1/2 weeks. referrals maybe ? 

I can see doing this for kids or close relatives but strangers.. dont think so.. to me its just another one of those totally grey areas  that maybe legal but ethics come into play.. artificially raising someones credit ?? 

For single families lawn is usually taken care of by the tenant, I would have language in the lease.
