Here is what I would do if it were my rental (complete with granular details) assuming this is not a luxury rental and you are just looking for fair "rental condition" and some low cost wow factor (or at least some "ok decent" factor)....First I would pull the knobs and TSP (I like the powder mixed with water) the cabinets and use the abrasive side of a Scotch Brite sponge--just dip it in the TSP (and hotter water cuts the kitchen greases)...

Please I am not bashing as I am just seeking clarity.Forgive me if it sounds like I am abrasive.

Use a non-abrasive scrubber or dish soap to clean the cooktop, and consider using a scraper for any stubborn, burnt-on stains—just be careful to avoid scratching the surface.

For those who now wear masks all day and have indentations and open scabs on their faces from mask abrasion.

People who are abrasive don't understand that they are.

I find it grating, abrasive, and at times offensive. 

In general Mary is rude and abrasive in all correspondence. 

I know a few people can be a little abrasive just like in real life.
