Our criteria needs/wants is <$2300 rent not including utilities, 900+ sqft, 2BR, on-site laundry, 1 off-street parking spot (2 preferably), kitchen for someone who cooks a lot and somewhere that doesn't have a ton of noise pollution like next to a heavily traveled road, train line, or the place shaking because a passing airplane, train or flushing of the neighbors toilet.

on day 29, you're considered as permanent resident. i have an umbrella policy but don't know how it was made, I know I have general liab, commercial auto, and pollution insurance for the company, the umbrella protects the excess of one or all.

You need to see what a lot is worth and how much it will cost to demo the house,And make sure the lot has road access and it is not landlocked, polluted, have abandoned wells that need to be closed or failing septic systems you need to close.This could be a money pit.And see if lots sell in that area.
