The attorney's get to have all of their cases heard first, but I don't think they get any expedited treatment aside from not having to sit and wait for an extra 30-60 minutes to go before the judge.If you own rental property, you will experience all kinds of negative situations (evictions, lost rent, fires, stolen AC coils, etc.).

If not, I would put down 6 mil vapor barrier, run nailers as John suggested, and install foam panels between nailers so entire floor is supported.

After calling a friend, he suggested that I not escalate the situation, but instead nicely coil the cord and leave it on the neighbor's lawn with a note saying that I am trying to be a good neighbor and am happy to help out, but I cannot afford to provide him with electricity.

Between the two there were usually 3 PAGES, 10 POINT PRINT, TWO LINE ENTRIES EVERY WEEK IN THE PAPER.During this time I learned how to do most things a landlord should, including the simple troubleshooting of A/C, can't repair it the "coils" part since have no interest in getting licensed to handle freon.
