must be nice ..must be great to have plenty of extra money that he can afford to just hand out gift cards to everybody like nothing .guess im going to Wally World to get a few packs of smokes now .So you're saying is that when you give a tenant a gift, you're going to piss them off so much, they're all going to go on a rent strike and burn your building down then sue you?
