Our son’s chorus teacher was the president of the Griffin historical society , she told us that the house was going to be condemned ,so they asked the city if they could try to save it by finding a sucker to buy it 😂.

There is one HOA member who is now president that was there for about 10 years, and rest are under one year, including myself.

I contacted the HOA President and suggested same as above.

It will be higher once it's rented because I am working on lowering the HOA fee as President of the Board, by installing submeters on the property!
