Im using Traffic Master Allure, its $1.49 regular price at HD, for the darker one, and $1.89 for the more tile look stuff i use in kitchens and baths, holds up well so far, and looks great, also its pretty easy to lay, a tape measure, speed square, and a utility knife. also a heat gun will let you pull a piece out if you have to.  

Fits all the appliances I need to move on my rentals and HD supplies.

Who's to say I can't form an LLC and create an account at the lumber yard (or just simply create an account) or HD/Lowes and deal with the person that handles local contractors and get wholesale prices

Also, HD sells a "cabinet refinishing" kit for around $35 that I've used that works wonders on old cabinets.

I just buy from HD and don't pay any attention to rates etc as long as is says "water saving".We have them in our home but primarily to save hot water (nat. gas bill).

HD seems to be the new thing - does it help to film in HD if you are going to make videos for the web, or will I just have to reduce the file sizes so much for the web that I could have started off in standard def anyway?

good idea on the HD credit card. max that out at 0% interest for 12 months; do the same for lowes. no idea how he'll get the $ for labor. hopefully, he's handy & can do sweat equity.
