I'm curious about this also, I've been testing Stessa but it's not intuitive and I keep finding weird glitches that make it almost more work than just entering transactions manually.At some point I found it had automatically added a full security deposit return after a move-out, despite me not having manually entered it nor there being a bank transaction - so I contacted Customer Service and then forgot about it because I was testing other software.

Requesting help on what the gross taxable and deduction amount is entered in the lodging report for the city and state.. my Airbnb Vrbo charges occupancy tax for the guests already.

It probably is breaking and entering but if it is not their property they have no say in the  matter. 

Most states have a website where you can enter their name or lic number and check the status.

However it's still not easy and we're entering a historically slow leasing season right now as well.

I've made a excel spreadsheet that works pretty good and calculates the buy boxes and even automatically calculates loan payments, estimates property taxes & insurance, and even gives a feedback loop of a rough estimate based on the values I've entered.

Even though I skipped the tenant input and invitation screen, the system still sent out messages after I later entered email address in the tenant data profile.Do other property management platforms operate in autopilot?
