These small deductions stack up.Retirement Contributions: A Solo 401(k) or SEP IRA can significantly reduce your taxable income while building long-term wealth.I also agree with Brian about getting a cost segregation estimate if you’re holding any rentals, it can unlock a lot of front-loaded depreciation.And something to consider the for future (I think I saw others mention this too): If you want to offset income even more, consider adding a short-term rental to your mix.
