@Pretty Khare - hello again - I have worked with you through this entire process - we have corresponded on several occasions. 

i have posted a few times here on BP and have applied to the podcast on multiple occasions and just stopped because I never hear back.

Here is my response only to help people dig deeper before listening to a person that did not perform on a single lead flow of the 34 we step-by-step walked them through.The person who posted this also neglected to disclose that they paid for training, got all of our assets and then immediately tried to cancel after getting everything, which they have done on more than with occasion with other people’s education.

There have been occasions in July where we have had to have water trucked in to fill our water tanks.

Or, I have on occasion seen multi's for sale (astoundingly) in Seattle where 1% may be possible but you also have to know the laws and reasons in the area.

The Husband is a realtor and wife works on occasion.

I've asked on several occasions for him/his company to buy me out, & he makes excuses after excuses.  

Oh, and the actual town of Estes Park has a cap on the number they allow, but on the rare occasion, a property will come up that has an active STR license, and Estes is one of the rare cities to allow existing license holders to transfer the license to a new owner.

She appears so dang cool and friendly on the podcast, but my feelings were genuinely hurt on multiple occasions in the FB group by the coaches responses to my honest questions.
