Some web searching has brought "Property Managers Inc." and "Integrity Pro" to my attention. 

It took a few hours to build my lease and application on the website (impossible on the app), but once you set it up adding additional properties is a breeze.The application, screening ($30), and rent notifications are great.

I’m currently learning the ropes of real estate investing and planning my first house hack — but more than anything, I want to learn directly from experienced investors in DFW by adding value first.My background is in branding, social media strategy, and tech — things like web design, digital marketing, content systems, and automation tools.

The program handles late payments by applying late fees; it will handle our leases, it will market our property to about 20-30 different websites with the click of a button (including Zillow).  

The rent-to-own websites are awful from what i can tell and there's no way people are actually doing deals on there.

There is limited online information about them, except that they have a C+ rating on BBB, and they do not provide an address on their website.

For example: - how to open up accounts for the utilities (websites, account names, passwords, any issues/problems);  record who I spoke with and their contact information and particular notes; when conversations took place and means of communication; follow up tasks needed and those completed.- When payments are due (mortgage, various taxes, insurances, etc.), records of payments, account numbers, etc.- various contacts' information (when met, skills, phone number, email, etc)Is there a program that incorporates a variety of record keeping tasks?  

I Used Chat GPT to provide a list of Free direct bookings sites.My question to you is have you used any of the free sites, some (like Zeevou) I have never heard of.I just want something to direct family and friends and any advertising I do where they can direct book.
