Should I offer to pay them for their consultation, or are these types of questions common as part of the PM vetting process and is a "courtesy service"?

is anyone currently  using host away or been through their onboarding process? I like a lot about what they are offering but wanted to get some feedback from current users and/or those who have transitioned to them!

That doesn't mean you should give up, it just means you should be cautious.and the good news is that you don't have 'analysis paralysis.' that's a made up condition by the people selling the things to get you to buy the things.

My analysis and just the general sense is there is a lot of value add.Someone share with me the horror stories and what I should look out for that you have learned. 

I talk with multifamily operators often through my club, and mastering these basics makes every conversation and deal analysis much clearer.
