After several mistakes in the grant deeds and his lack of communication all the way and getting back to me within a decent timeframe, I made the corrections myself on the grant deeds and turned them into the county, im assuming that they are finished, in other words, they were deeded into the LLCs.

The rent amount may not be the issue, but what you are offering is pretty rough.The other issue is that the only type of tenant you can attract with beat-up finishes are the ones who are on a budget and "don't care".The single best thing you can do is personally tour some of your competitors close by.

Couple of thoughts:1) Flips typically require better quality finishes than rentals. - So, if it too late to lower the finishes to rent it?
