By the time I adjusted it to align with quotes offering acceptable coverage for my risk tolerance, it was more expensive than Proper even.In my opinion, there are a lot of STR policies out there that are really weak compared to the level of risk.

It may not be the number of calls you are making it may be the leads, call times, are you calling over the weekend, leaving a message (Voicemails can be Poweful or weak on call back).Do you have a CRM do you also hit the same leads via email and text messages or use a drip campaign.
