I don't know if it has a disposer in it but i don't think so but actually I rinse my dishes and glasses before I put them in the dishwasher so they don't have any food on them to dispose of,   The one think that I really like about it is the cutlery tray that is on door, instead of in the middle of the lower rack, so it does not take up any room in the dishwasher and i can stack more dishes.  

I am boarding at the moment and as such don't have things like furniture, cutlery, appliances and homeware items.

We plan to leave all the common area furniture along with cutlery.

I spent a lot of time doing that when I worked for Cutco Cutlery. 

Then a disability group took over two more spaces doing daycare work-therapy for handicapped adults, they also collect & sort bottles/cans, wrap napkins with cutlery etc for hotels/restaurants & are very busy.

Add nice stuff and not just rental quality items, ie cheap cutlery. 4 season rentals are ideal and most important ask the association if they are rental friendly, some are not and you could be in a bad surprise.

I have lived in homes with garbage disposals for almost 35 years and have NEVER dropped a piece of cutlery in it.Get rid of garbage disposals as units turn over. 

Would be a long term rental but still would like to get all the kitchen appliances, cutlery etc as well.
