I had my fair share of bad hires, here is a list of things I have experienced:- did not show up for job, only shows up occasionally, way behind schedule- horrible quality, had to rip everything out again- left job a mess, did not clean up- constantly complaining about or asking for more money, extra charges- excuses, sob stories, personal drama- ghosting, especially after getting paid, poor communication

So far I've attended webinars for Grant Cardone, KRI Partners, Military to Millionaire, Active Duty Passive Income; just to name a few.According to the multi unit "seminars" I've been to, "buyins" begin at $50,000, there can always be a "call for cash", (another $50,000 to cover a shortfall) and ongoing drama.

Also, there can be problems and drama with staff so you will either need to get your manager's license or you will need to have a good network to be able to get another manager quickly if your manager quits or if you need to fire the manager.
